Twenty years in business, five star reviews, and a website that had quietly stopped working. Here is the list we handed them, word for word.
The content itself was good. Their services, their story and their photos all still worked. It was the building around them that had failed.
What we did
We rebuilt it as a single page using their own photos and their own words: six services, real job photos, the towns they cover, a contact form, and a call button on every screen so somebody standing in a driveway can reach them in one tap.
What we found
- There was no menu at all on a phone. A visitor could only scroll.
- Typing the address without the www in front did not load anything.
- The secure version of the address showed a browser security warning.
- The photo gallery still contained stock pictures of headphones from the original template.
- None of the five social icons at the bottom linked anywhere. One of them was Google Plus, which Google shut down in 2019.
- There was no description for Google to show, no sitemap, and nothing telling search engines what they do.

How long does a site take?
A one page site is usually about two weeks from the point we have your photos and details. Five pages is three to four weeks. We will not tell you it happens overnight, because doing it properly takes the time it takes.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not for the build. The care plan is month to month. If you want to stop, you stop, and the site is yours.
What if I already have a website?
Often the right answer is not a rebuild. If the site looks fine but has not been updated in years, we can take over hosting, patch it and maintain it for the monthly plan. We will tell you honestly which one you need.
Do you work with businesses outside the northwest suburbs?
